How the tools handle your information
This covers the Leadership Confidence Diagnostic, the Values & Attributes Compass and the Commercial Confidence Diagnostic at app.leaderlegacy.co.nz. It adds to LeaderLegacy's privacy policy, which covers everything else.
Who runs them
The tools belong to LeaderLegacy Limited, 17 Marina Road, Torbay, Auckland 0630, New Zealand. They are built and looked after for LeaderLegacy by dreamstorm, a New Zealand business, which can see what is held in order to run them and to fix them when something goes wrong.
What is kept, and where
What you enter into a tool, including your answers, your name and email when you give them, and anything you write, is kept in a database in Sydney, Australia, run by Supabase.
Emails from the tools are sent through Resend, and the tools are served by Vercel. Both are United States companies, so some records are held outside New Zealand. Visits are counted with Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies.
If you add a photo to a testimonial, it is kept in private storage and sent to Gary Good with your words. It is not shown anywhere on the site. It is removed from the tools after two years, or straight away if you ask.
Where AI is used
The Compass uses AI made by Anthropic, a United States company, for two things: to write a first draft of your I Am statement from your own words, and to check your spelling before you sign. Your words are sent to Anthropic for that and nothing else.
The Leadership Confidence Diagnostic does not use AI. The Commercial Confidence Diagnostic can use the same AI to write part of a report, and that is switched off at present.
Answers your customers give in a Customer Confidence Mirror are never sent to an AI.
Emails from Gary
If you tick the box to receive them, your name and email are passed to Kajabi, a United States company, which sends them. You can stop them at any time from the link in any email. Nobody is added without ticking the box.
The Customer Confidence Mirror
If a business invites you to give your view of it, a separate notice explains how your details are handled, including how long they are kept and how to have them removed.
Your choices
To see what is held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it removed, write to info@leaderlegacy.co.nz. You will have an answer within 20 working days.
If you are not happy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
Checked against the tools as they run on 2 October 2026.
